This page is for anyone who needs assistance whilst using the site and would like to know ways to customise their experience and also to explain why a function of the site may not be working.
There are a number of interface features on this web site to increase its usability:
- Text size switching
- This is included in the site to allow users with visual disabilities to increase the text size, also it's great for anyone with a very large screen or projector.
- To use this feature just click the buttons ‘Use large text’ or ‘Use small text’ (the default), the site will remember your preferences.

- These features are in the site to make large pages more manageable by hiding areas until they are needed (activated by clicking the ‘Show/Hide’ button), thus making the pages easier to navigate and understand.
These feature are designed to work on traditional web browsing devices, they won't work on non-visually rich devices such as mobile phones or text only browsers.
These interface features use javascript to work, if you have turned off javaScript in your browsers preferences the interface features won't function.
These interface features will only work in a modern browser (MS Internet Explorer 5 or later / Netscape 6 or later), you can download a modern browser free from Microsoft or the Mozilla open source project.
