Science Ambassadors
Around 40 passionate staff members have been trained as Science Ambassadors under the SETnet/Office of Science and Technology scheme to encourage volunteers to work inside schools.
Each BOC Science Ambassador is able to give some exciting demonstrations about the properties of gases, and to give a short talk to students at any age level.
Whilst we can't guarantee to meet every invitation we get, Science Ambassadors are pleased to hear from any UK school wishing to enliven their 'properties of gases' or 'science at work' lessons.
Please email enquiries@boc.ebcnet.co.uk with full details of your requirements. If we cannot come to your school in person, we will certainly be able to send you a video demonstration and possibly offer advice by phone.
